I believe I now have the website set up the way I want, with a clean layout, a menu that works for all browsers, and a design which will make it easier for me to proceed with the project of (eventually) posting every single Diplomacy World article in html format.  The only pages which still need to be worked on are 90% of the ones which contain individual articles from older issues; I updated two or three of them today to make sure I could do it simply, and now I'll try to do one or two a day at least, until they're all in the new format.  You can check it out at http://www.diplomacyworld.net and please let me know if you find bad links, mistakes, etc.

I'm really not much good at web site design, but this has to be an improvement.  Plus I removed ads from every page but the main one.
