Fellow Diplomacy Players,

I hope you will join us at DipCon 2010, to be hosted at the Bay Area Diplomacy Association' s annual Whipping Tournament. We will be hosting four rounds of Diplomacy the weekend of April 16-18 and hope to make this one of the most fun and competitive events North America has seen in a while. The tournament is being held at the Hotel Tomo (http://www.jdvhotels.com/tomo?cid=GL_TOM), an excellent location in the heart of San Francisco's Japantown, during the annual Cherry Blossum Festival.

Though we're still 5 months away, its never too early to mark your calander. You can now pre-register through our website at
http://bayareadiplo macy.org/ eventregistratio n.php. The pre-registration fee is only $30 and can be paid by PayPal (linked at
the site) or by check (please contact Edi or I for instructions) .

In the next few weeks we will also be posting additional details about the event including house rules, scoring system, and information on potential activities for folks who want to spend a few extra days in the Bay Area.
