First, we need to correct the published schedule for the Friday round. We'll be starting a little later this year. Here's the correct starting time:

Friday, September 18
Round 1
Registration: 6:15 to 6:45 p.m.
Board Call: 7 p.m.

Our meeting room at the Days Inn will not be available until 6 p.m. on the 18th, so if you plan on getting downtown early, find a place to hang out...

Second, and if you need suggestions for a hangout, check out the handy Weasel Moot Tips document that I just posted to the Files section of the Yahoo group. It's a PDF, and it's spectacular.

Third, as of right now, we have 33 confirmed players, with more confirmations expected. Check out the list below. If you're not on it but are planning to play, please email me off the list. Conversely, if you're on it but your plans have changed, again, please email me off the list.

Fourth, preregistration closes on Sept. 11. You can save $5 ($2 if you're a student) by PayPaling your registration fee to wcwsneak [at] gmail [dot] com. The preregistration fee is $35, $18 for students. It will be $40 at the door, $20 for students. Paid-up members of the Weasels get an additional discount of $5.
