I'm pleased to announce the 2009 PrezCon Diplomacy Tournament!

The tournament will be held at the DoubleTree Suites in Charlottesville, Virginia, on the 27th of February to the 1st of March, 2009.

The scoring system will be Carnage. Your best two scores, plus half of your third best score will be your tournament score.

We have been promised the room by the bar.

Charlottesville is a bit centrally isolated. However, if you get to metro DC (please by noon Friday) the Potomac Tea & Knife Society will get you to Charlottesville.

We already have the commitments to attend of several prominent PT&KS travelers and locals; and at least three Grand Prix
Champions (Haver, Martin, Bartalone). And Nathan Barnes is seriously considering coming. So the competition should be
fierce!
