I've added a new section to my personal Diplomacy website.  Entitled "Other Older Postal Zines", it is meant as a place to post pdf's of individual issues of postal zines I have in my posession or come across. 

Right now the only zines posted are Zine Register #22 and #23, and Maniac's Paradise #100.  I'll add more when I dig them out of storage (most of my zines were destroyed by water damage, unfortunately) or when people send me some!
