Stabbeurfou Testing a New Format
This comes from Jeremie Lefrancois:
In order to have more and different people able to play on the www.stabbeurfou.org site, I have imagined and then designed a completely new way of playing on the site, different to all that I am aware of to exist in the field.
This way of playing, called the "manual mode", is supposed to be more suitable for people that are reluctant to use technology. Of course, I have my own vision of how to get people to be confident with the use of the site, and that may be some impossible aim to reach, or that vision may be too optimistic.
Nevertheless, the only to be sure to never achieve anything is to never try anything.
And, since the value of software is directly linked to the value of the testing of the software, I am looking for people to test this (revolutionnary ?) interface and provide me suggestions in order to improve it and make it more user friendly. Or to kindly let me know that this will not work.
So, if you are interested with a quick dummy game - dummy game since :
* there are no negotiations (although they are possible),
* GM may enter orders for players (just to save time),
* one may play a year or two (and then leave the seat to another tester),
if you are interested to be try this (and then you will have more details of how that works), please drop me a little email saying :
"Yes, I am interested in beta testing manual mode on SF".
