DIPLOMAP, is an online Diplomacy Mapping Tool.  It produces maps based on Judge output (LIST or GET RESULT).
You can create your next moves by clicking on the map and then send them to a Judge. Nothing else is needed on youe end except for a standard browser.  Diplomap can also handle many variants, and several options like Wings.
