Yes, Diplomacy is going to be releleased by Hasbro through Wizards of the Coast through Avalon Hill...along with a number of other classic Avalon Hill games.  Details on the new set can be found in Diplomacy World #100, which will be available around the 15th.  The new Diplomacy set won't be available until late March.
